Key components
Clover contains high amounts of isoflavone compounds. Such as genistein. And that carries some characteristics of weak estrogen, which is found in red clover blossoms, and those that will combat the incidence of breast cancer in women. As well as the phenolic acids, alslislk acid, similar to aspirin, and starch, and some important fatty acids.
Culinary use
