Alashry herbal’ premises in Egypt are fully equipped for processing and sterilizing raw materials from their country of origin. The bespoke, modern equipment has been improved over the years with ever-better technology designed to increase product quality levels and guarantee personalized solutions to the food industry’s needs. The processing plant consists of two cryogenic grinding lines, a varieties of Fennel Seeds grinding line,
a spice cleaning line, herb cleaning and herb cutting lines, two blending lines, a steam sterilisation system, an ETO sterilization system and a system for fumigation in vacuo with phosphine.
The entire processing system is Q A-TECHNIC ISO 9001:2008 EOS and FAD certified.
The company, producer and wholesaler of spices in Egypt, is also authorized dealer for organic certification and is in possession of USDA-EGYPTAIN
